Registered Nurses - Expression of Interest

We are currently inviting expressions of interest for experienced Registered Nurses to join our team.   

As a motivated and passionate Registered Nurse, you’ll provide person-centred care to our residents. You’ll work closely with the Care and Services Manager to improve the independence and quality of life of all residents.

 

$35.13 - $42.56 per hour plus penalties plus superannuation plus generous salary packaging available 

 

What you’ll be doing

  • Provide safe and competent clinical management and nursing interventions in accordance with recognised standards of practice
  • Monitor and oversee staff practices to ensure a coordinated approach to resident care
  • Ensure residents, their families and significant others are included in the care planning process and engaged in any decision affecting the resident.
  • Coordinate and monitor the planning, implementation and evaluation of service outcomes and nursing care standards

 

About you:

  • Bachelor of Nursing with a current AHPRA registration 
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work as part of a team and autonomously
  • Experience in leading a team and supervising staff

We work in partnership with the Australian College of Nursing to deliver their free Aged Care Transition to Practice program to all Graduate Nurses.  As a successful applicant to this course, you are eligible to nine paid study days, this course articulates into points towards a Graduate Diploma and/or Master’s Degree.
