Mercy Community is looking for a Lifestyle Facilitator to inspire joy, creativity, and meaningful experiences in the daily lives of our residents. This is a permanent full-time role based at our Residential Aged Care Facility in Nudgee. 

What you’ll be doing:

• Getting to know each resident and tailoring activities to their unique skills, interests, and goals
• Facilitating engaging group programs as well as personalised one-on-one activities
• Contributing to the design of monthly lifestyle calendars in partnership with the Facility Manager
• Recording and reviewing outcomes to continually improve the program’s impact

What you’ll bring:

• Certificate III in Aged Care (with Lifestyle Program experience) OR Certificate IV in Leisure & Lifestyle
• A current First Aid certificate
• Experience in a similar role – aged care experience highly regarded
• A Queensland Provisional Green or higher Driver Licence
• Most importantly – a passion for making every day meaningful for others
