Team Manager – Connected Families (Warwick/Toowoomba)

About the role

Mercy Community are recruiting for a superstar individual to join our Connected Families team as their Team Manager on a Temporary from 08/5/26-24/05/26 (2 and a half weeks) based in Warwick/Toowoomba.

The Team Manager position is responsible for the coordination of all aspects of the program areas associated with the team. 

$106,388 - $111,091 per annum (SCAHDS Level 6) plus superannuation plus salary packaging available 

This role entails but not limited to

• Work collaboratively with your line manager to identify client needs and deliver appropriate services within available resources, continually assessing effectiveness and responding to changing needs and dynamics
• Build and maintain trusting and meaningful working relationships with clients and relevant stakeholders
• Support and provide opportunities for life and personal skill development for clients by role modelling expected behaviours

About you

As the successful applicant, you will possess:

• Relevant undergraduate or higher degree qualifications in Social Work, Social Science, Psychology or related discipline
• Experience in a similar role in the youth or community services sector
• Current and valid Queensland Provisional Green (P2) or above Drivers Licence
• Current and valid Working with Children Check (Blue Card) or ability to apply
• Evidence of current vaccination against whooping cough or willingness to obtain prior to commencement
