Mercy Community is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our friendly team at Loreto Aged Care, a 36-bed residential facility located in sunny Townsville. This part-time role requires availability for night shifts.

You’ll be part of a close-knit team that values collaboration, respect, and compassion — all while making a genuine difference in residents’ lives.

What you’ll be doing:

Providing safe, high-quality clinical care aligned with best practice
Supporting, mentoring, and coordinating care staff
Building strong relationships with residents and their families
Managing AN-ACC documentation to optimise funding and care outcomes

About You

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (mandatory)
Proven experience leading a care team within an aged care environment
Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for holistic, person-centred care
