Mercy Community Aged Care Services, are looking for compassionate Assistants in Nursing to join us at Loreto, our warm and welcoming 30-bed facility in Townsville.

We are currently seeking AINs who can commit to Full Time and Part Time shifts.

About the Role:

Guided by our Clinical Nurse Consultant and Registered Nurses, you’ll play an essential role in delivering person-centred care that makes a real difference in our residents’ daily lives.

Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting residents with personal care and daily living activities
Helping with safe transfers using hoists or slide sheets
Maintaining comfort and cleanliness in resident rooms
Monitoring residents’ wellbeing and reporting any changes

About You:

Certificate III in Individual Support – Aged Care (or equivalent)
A warm, caring and compassionate nature
A strong team player with a commitment to quality care
