Mercy Community is seeking passionate and reliable Support Service Workers to join our Rockhampton team in both Kitchen and Cleaning positions.

In this role, you’ll help create a safe, welcoming, and homely environment for our residents. From preparing and serving meals with care, to keeping our spaces clean and comfortable, your work will directly enhance the dignity and wellbeing of those we support.

Pay rate: $28.62 – $30.96 per hour + casual loading (where applicable) + super + salary packaging

What you’ll be doing

Assisting with the preparation, assembly, and delivery of meals, morning/afternoon teas, and dinners
Supporting residents’ dietary needs and preferences with care and attention
Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene across kitchen, dining, and facility areas

About you

Thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
Can be flexible and available across Monday to Sunday shifts

Shift times:

Kitchen: 6:30am – 2:30pm | 2:30pm – 7:00pm

Cleaning: 6:30am – 2:00pm
