About the Role
As a Customer Service Officer, you’ll provide a wide range of reception, administration, and customer service support, including:
- Welcoming residents, families, and visitors, and managing all incoming enquiries (phone, email, in person)
- Supporting site administration including maintaining registers, managing invoices, distributing information, and inducting new staff
- Providing backup support for admissions and staffing services as needed.
You’ll be based at our beautiful Nudgee Residential Aged Care Facility, home to four single-level buildings designed as a unified and vibrant community. You’ll also be joining a skilled and positive team who are ready to support and celebrate their newest colleague.
About You
We’re looking for someone who brings:
- A tertiary qualification in business administration or equivalent experience (desirable)
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
