About the role

Are you a passionate and dedicated Physiotherapist looking for a role where you can truly make a difference? Mercy Community is on the lookout for an engaging and caring professional to join our team in Nudgee on a Permanent Full-Time basis.

The role of the Physiotherapist is to deliver Physiotherapist services under the direct and indirect supervision of the Team Leader Allied Health. This role is based within our Community Services team supporting our client/s and/or residents based in the community or residential facility. 

 Salary commensurate with experience plus superannuation and generous salary packaging available.

What this role entails but not limited to: 

  • Undertake comprehensive assessments, treatment, and care plan for clients/residents, within the community or residential facility
  • Undertake pre-residential assessments of clients/residents as requested.
  • Develop goals and best practice strategies with clients/residents to promote health and optimum function.
  • Maintain accurate records on clients/resident’s assessments, treatment programs and progress ensuring communication is maintained

About you

As the successful applicant, you will possess:

  • Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy with registration
  • AHPRA registered with no limitations or conditions   
  • Experience in physiotherapy treatment of adult/elderly clients.
  • Current valid First Aid and CPR certification (or willing to apply)
  • Current Queensland Green Provisional Driver's License or higher
