About the role

Mercy Community Aged Care is seeking passionate and reliable Support Service Workers to join our team in Rockhampton. We have opportunities in both Kitchen and Cleaning roles.

You’ll play an important part in ensuring our residents receive high-quality support services. Whether you’re, maintaining a welcoming dining environment, or ensuring our facilities are clean and safe, your work will directly contribute to the dignity and wellbeing of those in our care.

Salary: $28.62 – $30.96 per hour, and loading for casuals + super + salary packaging

This role entails but not limited to -

Assisting with the preparation, assembly, and delivery of meals, morning/afternoon teas, and dinners
Ensuring residents’ dietary needs and preferences are met with care and attention
Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across kitchen, dining, and facility areas

About you

Able to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
Flexible and available for shifts across Monday to Sunday:

Shit times:

Kitchen: 06:30–14:30 | 14:30–19:00

Cleaning: 06:30–14:00
