We are seeking caring and committed PCAs to join our team on permanent part-time, full-time, and casual opportunities at our Aged Care Facilities in Rockhampton.

$31.81– $34.50 per hour + superannuation + opportunity to increase your take-home via generous salary packaging

What You’ll Be Doing

• Creating a warm and friendly environment where residents feel at home
• Assisting with personal care such as showering, continence, dressing, and mobility
• Supporting residents in engaging with activities they enjoy
• Monitoring health and wellbeing, reporting changes to the Registered Nurse

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A completed or Certificate III (or higher) in Aged Care, Disability, or a related qualification
• A genuine passion for caring for others, with strong empathy and respect for the elderly 
• Reliability, teamwork, and the ability to provide compassionate, person-centred care
