About the role

Mercy Community Aged Care Services is on the search for an engaging Admissions Manager to join our team on a Permanent Full-Time basis based at our Nudgee Aged Care Facility.

$70,000-$75,000 commensurate with experience + superannuation and salary sacrifice options

The Admissions Manager, will manage the customer relationship program. This role supports prospective residents from enquiry to admission, liaises with healthcare providers, promote services locally, ensures regulatory compliance, and oversees administrative functions.  

This role involves but not limited to:

  • Coordinate residential Aged Care admissions, waitlists (if required) and discharges
  • Create resident agreements and ensure prudential compliance
  • Create and maintain resident profiles and electronic records within the appropriate database and Client Management System (CMS)
  • Monitor referral pathways and marketing materials, including fees and charges, accommodation pricing, websites, and brochures

About you

As the successful applicant, you will possess:

  • Experience working in Aged Care
  • Understanding of Aged Care funding and other fees and charges
  • Competent at using Client Management Systems, Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook etc) and other software programs if required
  • Diploma of Business Administration or similar relevant qualification (desirable)
  • Hold or able to obtain a Paid NDIS Workers Screening Card (also known as a Yellow Card)
